This Is the New 5307th Website!!
Welcome to our new website, Rangers!! We’ve made some distinct differences between this website and our old one. Some of it will look familiar to you (ie. the forums), but the layout on this one will be different than anything that we’ve done in the past. This go around, we have decided to implement more of a community based website rather than us living and breathing within our forums as we used to. I’m really excited about this!! There will be featured articles written both about our clan as well as with regards to technology, other games, videos, humorous articles and just about anything else that we find that we want to put up. This will mean that nearly every time that you log in, there may be a new article to read or video to watch. Some may be informative, others may be humorous, or you might see a video pop up of yourself getting knifed over and over and over in game. It might just be an entire article about dick jokes. Hilarity ensues!!
One of the things that I’m most excited about on this new website is the ability for us to set up a calendar event for us to sign up for. Want to play a Vs. match with 8 other members of Left 4 Dead 2? Make an event and have people sign up! Want to play a realistic military mission scenario in ARMA 3? Set it up! Want to just kick back and play some Battlefield with friends? Make a date and have other members be aware that you will be on Vent!! I think that this will enable us to set up times where we can all be online playing the same game at the same time rather than just popping on Vent and “hoping” that someone will be there playing (and then “praying” that they are others playing the game that you want to play yourself).
I’m really proud of what we have made here, and what we are trying to bring together on this new website. As time progresses and more and more things are added to the website, it will become more and more expansive for people to view and run through.
